The Plan of Deliverance

Genesis 41:8,14-15,28-36, Isaiah 61:1-2

“The Plan of Deliverance” lays it out plain: a dream without God’s plan won’t save anybody. Pharaoh had the warning, Egypt had the wise men, but Joseph—pulled out of prison by the hand of God—had the revelation and the plan. Seven years of plenty, seven years of famine, and the difference between survival and ruin was obedience, wisdom, stewardship, and preparation. God didn’t stutter then, and He isn’t stuttering now. If you waste the season of plenty, don’t act surprised when famine exposes you. This study is a wake-up call to folks who think being released is the same as being free. It ain’t. Real deliverance comes when God’s people stop shouting over truth they won’t obey and start walking in the plan God has given. From Joseph in Genesis 41 to Christ in Isaiah 61, the Lord’s purpose is to preach good tidings to the meek, open prison doors, heal the brokenhearted, and bring salvation to the bound. But hear me: deliverance is not for the proud, the lazy, or the spiritually blind who refuse instruction. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. God’s plan saves—but only those humble enough to submit to it.
