What happens next

An in-app request immediately disables account access and begins a 90-day recovery period. Sign in during that period to cancel deletion from the paused-account screen, or email us from the same account address. After the recovery period, an automated hourly process permanently deletes the account and associated data.

Data deleted or retained

Deletion covers your account, profile, settings, saved progress, history, notes, bookmarks, requests, device registrations, and other account-linked content. An in-app request also removes account-scoped message and Bible-audio downloads from that device. Remaining local files can be removed by uninstalling the app.

JMS Podcast may retain narrowly limited records when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement. Information already anonymized so it can no longer identify you may also remain.
