Paul’s Message

Philippians 4:3-9, Mark 10:28-30

Paul’s message to the church ain’t a suggestion box—it’s apostolic authority, and the saints don’t get to tear out the pages they don’t like. This study calls us back to creation order, holiness, moderation, prayer, thanksgiving, and clean thinking before God. Philippians 4 tells us to rejoice, guard our hearts with peace, and set our minds on what is true, honest, just, pure, lovely, and virtuous. If your mind is full of rebellion, confusion, lust, anxiety, and excuses, don’t dress it up—examine yourself and bring it under the Word. And don’t forget what Peter asked Jesus: “We have left all.” The Lord answered with a promise—hundredfold, persecutions, and eternal life. That means faith will cost you something, but God will not forget what you forsook for Him. History repeats itself, judgment is real, the dead in Christ shall rise, and the Lord is coming again. I’m not saying this to wound you; I’m saying it because God cares for your soul. Get rooted, get obedient, get ready. The Word says what it says.
