Inheritance in the Church

Acts 26:13-19, 28:24-27

**Inheritance in the Church** is a hard word for folks who want God’s promises without God’s order. Paul said the Lord sent him to open blind eyes, turn souls from darkness to light, from the power of Satan unto God, that they might receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among them which are sanctified. That inheritance ain’t found in pride, personal ambition, dead religion, or a house divided. It’s in the Church—the Body of Christ—among people born again, walking in obedience, unity, holiness, and good works. This study warns us plain: you can hear truth and still not understand it. You can see the work of God and still close your eyes. Acts 28 says some believed and some believed not—and it’s still happening today. The Word says what it says. Salvation, discipleship, Jesus Name baptism, the Holy Ghost, sanctification, and real love for the saints are not decorations on the Gospel; they are the life of it. If your heart is dull, let God cut it open before it hardens beyond healing. This ain’t said to shame you—it’s said because your soul needs light, and time is running out.
