The Lost Book Pt. 2
2 Chronicles 34:3-4,14-19, Acts 1:4-5, 2:1-4,37-39
“The Lost Book Pt. 2” is a hard warning from history: Israel had the house, the priest, the money, and the religion—but the Book was lost. And preacher, don’t miss it: history is repeating itself. Folks are having church, raising offerings, building altars, and calling on God while ignoring the very Word that tells them how to be saved. Josiah tore down Baal worship, graven images, and high places because once the Book was found, excuses had to die. The Word of God doesn’t come to decorate your life—it comes to strip you, correct you, and put you back in order. This study drives straight into the Book of Acts—the book too many churches have lost right in the pews. Jesus said wait for the promise, Pentecost came, the Holy Ghost fell, and Peter preached the keys of the Kingdom: repent, be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. That ain’t denomination. That ain’t opinion. That’s the Book. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. But it’s mercy cutting you now so judgment won’t catch you later. The truth still sets free, but only the soul humble enough to obey it.
