The Confidence

Acts 4:31-37

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 43 min

“The Confidence” takes us back to Acts 4 and asks a hard question: where is the church that still believes enough to live like the Book says? When the saints prayed, the place shook, they were filled with the Holy Ghost, they spoke with boldness, and they had all things common. This wasn’t religion, tradition, or church games—it was one heart, one soul, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and no lack among them. If that cuts across the way we’ve been living, it’s supposed to. God didn’t build His church around selfishness, debt, pride, and every man protecting his own little kingdom. This study is a wake-up call against false doctrine, backsliding, grievous wolves, and preachers who feed themselves while the flock suffers. The Word shows a church where the saints could trust the ministry, where giving meant care for the Body of Christ, where Barnabas laid it down and nobody lacked. Trouble is coming, and shouting won’t prepare you if you won’t obey. This ain’t about sounding religious—it’s about deliverance, consecration, and getting back to the apostolic foundation before it’s too late.
