Not Against the Truth

James 3:13-18, Malachi 3:8-10

“Not Against the Truth” is a hard lesson on wisdom that doesn’t just run its mouth—it shows up in works, meekness, obedience, and fruit. James says if a man is wise, let him show it, not brag it. But where there’s envy, strife, bitterness, and pride, don’t dress that up and call it wisdom. That’s earthly, sensual, devilish, and it ends in confusion and evil works. The truth may cut, but don’t fight it just because it exposes foolish counsel, bad thinking, poverty of spirit, or a heart full of resentment. This study also warns plainly from Malachi: you don’t rob God and then wonder why the curse is following you. Tithes and offerings ain’t a game, and obedience ain’t optional. God’s wisdom is pure, peaceable, gentle, full of mercy, without hypocrisy, and it produces righteousness. So choose your counsel carefully, stop listening to fools just because they’re loud, and submit to the Word. I’m not saying this to shame you—I’m saying it because the truth is trying to save you before confusion finishes what foolishness started.
