Holy Day

Nehemiah 8:10-12

“Holy Day” is a straight call to get the sense of God’s Word and stop acting like correction is condemnation. In Nehemiah 8, the people heard the Word, understood it, and were told to rejoice—not because sin is light, but because truth had finally found them. The Word didn’t come to crush them; it came to turn them. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. The joy of the Lord is strength for the man or woman who stops arguing with Scripture and starts obeying it. This study presses hard on understanding, continuance, brotherly love, and the real power of the Holy Ghost. God already made the Way—so quit trying to command Him while ignoring what He commanded you. Feed your neighbor. Love your brother. Continue in what is right. Let the Spirit govern your attitude, your behavior, and your witness. This ain’t a day for sulking in pride or hiding behind excuses. This is a holy day—hear the Word, receive the correction, and rejoice because God is still showing you how to be saved.
