Faith and Confidence

Hebrews 11:6-10,13-21,23-28,32-40

“Faith and Confidence” lays Hebrews 11 on the table and asks a plain question: do you really believe God, or are you just quoting verses? Without faith it is impossible to please Him, and faith ain’t just talk—it moves, obeys, comes out, endures affliction, and trusts God when the road makes no sense. Noah built before rain ever fell. Abraham left without a map and offered Isaac believing God could raise him up. Moses walked away from Egypt’s pleasure to suffer with the people of God. That’s not religion for show—that’s confidence in the I AM. This study is a hard reminder that God’s people cannot be soft, fearful, or half-in. The saints before us were mocked, persecuted, imprisoned, tortured, and still held on to the faith—and here we are with the promise, the Holy Ghost, and God’s provision in our hands, crying over small trials. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. The Word is calling us to contend for the faith, leave Egypt, seek the heavenly country, and live like children of God who know their Father can fix anything. Don’t put Him to shame. Believe Him, obey Him, and finish the race.
