Consider the End

Amos 5:17-19, John 21:18

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 49 min

“Consider the End” is not a soft suggestion—it’s a warning from the Good Book. Amos said the Day of the Lord is darkness and not light, and the preacher presses that truth right into your lap: life is real, death is sure, and time is already counting down. You can run from the lion, meet the bear, and lean on the wall only to be bitten by the serpent—there is no escape when a soul refuses to count the cost. This study calls you back to the old paths, back to the Book of Acts, back to being born again the Bible way, not the confused way denominations have handed down. But this message doesn’t stop at dying—it asks how you’re living, what you’re building, and who you’re leaving behind. The church is not supposed to drain the saints dry and abandon them in their last days. Wise virgins prepare; foolish ones shout, spend, and sleep until darkness catches them. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. God is calling His people to obedience, holiness, truth, and real care for the household of faith before the end comes knocking.
