An Attractive People

Song of Solomon 4:8-15,16

“An Attractive People” ain’t talking about looking pretty for the world—it’s talking about the Church looking right before God. The Bride of Christ is supposed to bear fruit, speak with milk and honey, walk in holiness, and carry a sweet savour that makes souls want the God we claim to serve. If your mouth is full of death, your attitude is rotten, your works are barren, and your life don’t represent Him, don’t dress it up and call it righteousness. God is coming to His garden looking for pleasant fruit, and the Word already warned us what happens to a tree that stays barren. This study cuts into the difference between natural beauty and spiritual attraction. God has enclosed His people, provided for them, protected them, and given them living water—but He also sends the north wind. Those cold trials ain’t always punishment; sometimes they’re purging the bugs off your life so what’s good in you can finally flow. If that stings, let it sting. Better to be corrected now than cut down later. God wants a people who love right, talk right, serve the least brethren, and stand as living proof that His Church is not dead, dry, or stony ground—but fruitful, holy, and ready for Him.
