The Lord’s Way
Isaiah 55:3-13
The Lord’s Way is not a suggestion—it’s the path your soul must bow to if it wants to live. Isaiah 55 tells us to incline our ear, seek the Lord while He may be found, and forsake our wicked ways and unrighteous thoughts. That means hearing ain’t just sound hitting your ears; it’s obedience showing up in your steps. If God said go right and you go left, don’t tell Him you heard. Your actions already testified against you. This study cuts straight at our prideful mindset—the part of us that thinks we know better than God. His thoughts are higher, His ways are higher, and His Word will not return void. You can fight that, explain around it, or submit to it. But understand this: there’s coming a day when calling on Him too late won’t change a thing. Seek Him now. Obey Him now. Walk His way now. I’m not saying that to scare you for sport—I’m saying it because the Lord’s way is the only way that ends in joy, peace, and life.
