Your Inheritance is in the Land Pt. 2
Deuteronomy 11:2-3, Acts 2:38-39, Joshua 1:8-18, 2:1-11
**Your Inheritance is in the Land Pt. 2** comes to straighten out what too many pulpits have left crooked. Joshua wasn’t leading Israel to heaven—he was leading them into the Promised Land, the inheritance God swore to give them. The Word has to be rightly divided, or folks will shout over promises they don’t even understand. God told Joshua to keep the Book of the Law in his mouth, meditate day and night, obey what was written, and then he’d have good success. That ain’t superstition—that’s order. God’s blessing, rest, provision, and inheritance are tied to obedience, courage, and doing what the Lord said. But this study doesn’t stop in Joshua. It brings you to Acts 2:38-39, where the promise is unto you and your children—repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, remission of sins, and the gift of the Holy Ghost. Parents have a responsibility to train up their children, but God stepped in with power because flesh failed the assignment. Rahab feared God, helped God’s people, and got rewarded while Jericho trembled. So don’t play with this. Don’t rebel against truth because it cuts across what you were taught. The Word says what it says. Get the Holy Ghost, obey God, help your brother, and stop letting lack of knowledge rob you of your inheritance.
