What’s to Come

2 Timothy 3:1-17

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 1 hr 0 min

“What’s to Come” is not guessing at the future—it is Paul warning Timothy, and God warning us, that perilous times are already at the door. Self-love, pride, disobedient children, lovers of pleasure, corrupt minds, false accusers, and folks having a form of godliness while denying the power—this ain’t just in the world anymore, it’s creeping into the church. God didn’t stutter. If we don’t stand up in holiness, doctrine, correction, and parental authority, the devil will gladly raise what we refuse to train. This study is a hard call to wake up, continue steadfastly in the Holy Scriptures, and stop playing with salvation. All who live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution, so don’t act surprised when fiery trials come. Truth will correct you, reprove you, and instruct you in righteousness—and if that cuts, it’s supposed to. But it cuts to save. You can resist the truth like Jannes and Jambres, or you can repent, receive the Holy Ghost, obey the Word, and be made ready for every good work. This ain’t about popularity. This is about heaven, judgment, and your soul.
