The Right Preacher Pt. 1

Acts 26:1-18

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 41 min

“The Right Preacher Pt. 1” draws a hard line from Acts 26: the preacher God sends is not there to entertain you, flatter you, or protect your tradition. He’s sent to open blinded eyes, turn souls from darkness to light, and drag folks out from the power of Satan unto God. Paul stood before King Agrippa and didn’t trim the truth for the palace, and a real preacher won’t trim it for the pew either. If the message doesn’t deal with sin, repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, the Holy Ghost, forgiveness, sanctification, and the inheritance God promised His people, then you better ask who sent that preacher. This study is a warning in love: lies are everywhere, false prophets are loud, and tradition will send a man to hell while telling him he’s already saved. Jesus said you must be born again, and God didn’t stutter. The right preacher may make you uncomfortable, but he’s trying to keep your soul out of captivity. Don’t harden your heart because truth cuts. Let it cut. Let it wake you up. Let it turn you around before you stand before God with no forgiveness, no inheritance, and no excuse.
