The Mind
Philippians 2:5, Nehemiah 4:1-2,6
**The Mind** is where the battle is won or lost. Paul didn’t say, “Let any mind be in you”—he said, “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus.” That old carnal mind will come back like a boomerang if you don’t keep refusing it and yielding to the Holy Ghost. Adam’s disobedience tore down what God had built, but Christ came to show us the way back—through a renewed mind, obedience, sacrifice, and the indwelling Spirit of God. You can’t serve God right with the wrong mind. You can’t build the Kingdom with a divided heart. Nehemiah’s people built because “the people had a mind to work,” and that same truth stands today. Sanballat is still mocking, the Army of Samaria is still opposing, and the devil is still after your thoughts. But God is calling His people into oneness, togetherness, and a mind fit for holiness. This ain’t optional. If you’re going to ride this clean train, you need the mind of Christ—not excuses, not pride, not lukewarm religion. The Word says what it says: get your mind changed, get your heart right, and get to work.
