The Holy Ghost Pt. 2
Acts 8:5-40
The Holy Ghost Pt. 2 takes you straight into Acts 8 and doesn’t let you hide behind denomination, tradition, or “what I’ve always heard.” Philip preached Christ, baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus, and the apostles prayed that believers would receive the Holy Ghost. That’s not opinion—that’s the Book. If your preacher won’t preach repentance, baptism in Jesus’ name, and the gift of the Holy Ghost, you’d better set your sail in another direction. This ain’t about winning arguments; this is about salvation, remission of sins, and standing right before God. This study also warns about Simon—the man with religion, influence, sorcery, and money on his mind, but a heart not right in the sight of God. False doctrine can be loud, popular, and profitable, but when truth comes to town, deception has to bow. The Word says one Lord, one faith, one baptism, and God didn’t stutter. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. Repent, believe the Scripture, obey the apostolic doctrine, and don’t gamble your soul on a preacher who can’t show you truth in the Bible.
