The Door

John 10:1-15

“The Door” is a straight warning from John 10: there is one way into the sheepfold, and God didn’t leave it up for debate. You don’t climb in through pride, tradition, money, smooth talk, or some false shepherd’s lie. You come through the Door, you hear His voice, and you follow. The thief comes to steal, kill, and destroy—but the Good Shepherd comes that His sheep might have abundant life. If you’re listening to strangers, playing with sin, or trying to do salvation your own way, you’re already in dangerous country. This study calls a soul to get honest, unload like that camel at the eye of the needle, and stop pretending God doesn’t see. Repentance ain’t a suggestion. Holiness ain’t decoration. The Blood of Jesus wasn’t shed so you could stay a thief, a liar, a backslider, or a hireling at heart. The Shepherd is calling His sheep by name, and the question is simple: do you know His voice well enough to obey it? If that cuts—it’s supposed to. It’s love trying to keep you out of the wolf’s mouth and get you home to heaven.
