Rightly Divided

Nehemiah 8:1-2, John 3:1-5, Matthew 7:11-13

“Rightly Divided” is a straight warning against handling God’s Word carelessly. Truth thrown in the wrong place can still lead a soul into error, and this study makes that plain. The thief on the cross, Nicodemus, the Watergate in Nehemiah, and Jesus’ own words in John 3 all point us back to one hard fact: you don’t get to dodge being born again because somebody mishandled a verse. Water and Spirit are not preacher’s opinions—they are the Lord’s requirement. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. God didn’t stutter. This lesson calls the church back to the Book, back to order, back to obedience, and back to the Book of Acts where salvation was first preached in power. You can’t be a child of God on your own terms; there is a criteria for adoption, inheritance, and entrance into the Kingdom. The Word must be rightly divided, the Strait Gate must be entered, and the truth must be obeyed—not admired from a distance. This ain’t about winning arguments. This is about escaping error, receiving the Holy Ghost, walking in Jesus Name baptism, and getting your soul ready before the God who sees it all.
