Nehemiah 8:8-11

**Read the Book Pt. 1** is a straight warning from Nehemiah 8: God’s people don’t get right by guessing, shouting, tradition, or doing church work—they get right when the Book is opened, read distinctly, given sense, and understood. When the people heard the Law of God, they wept because the Word showed them where they truly stood. That’s what this study does. It calls you back to Scripture Reading, Understanding, Obedience, Repentance, and Holiness—not what mama said, not what the preacher skipped over, not what denomination handed you, but what the Book says. This ain’t about hurting feelings; it’s about saving souls. If you haven’t been born again, baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and filled with the Holy Ghost, don’t hide behind church titles, choir robes, deacon boards, or “many wonderful works.” God didn’t stutter. There is One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism, and Jesus is the Door. History repeats itself, Satan deceives the whole world, and disobedience will meet you at the Judgment Seat. So get the Book, read the Book, and let the Word cut you now—because it’s better to weep in truth today than be rejected in eternity.
