Opportunities

3 John 1:1-3, Acts 26:16,18

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 40 min

“Opportunities” is a straight warning and a holy wake-up call: God has opened doors, but closed eyes will still leave a man in bondage. From 3 John, we’re reminded that prosperity ain’t just money in the pocket—it’s truth in the soul, health in the body, and a people walking upright before God. The Word says, “walkest in the truth,” and that means you don’t get to live deceived, miseducated, spiritually blind, and still call it faith. If the truth cuts, let it cut—because lies have kept too many bound in the ghetto, the hood, the slave mentality, and the power of Satan. This study presses hard on the opportunity of the hour: to wake up, stand up, build, prosper, and be delivered from darkness to light. Real preaching doesn’t just make noise—it opens eyes, turns hearts to God, and calls people into faith, forgiveness, sanctification, ministry, and responsibility. God didn’t bring you to a door just so you could sleep in front of it. This ain’t about politics alone, economics alone, or history alone—this is about truth, salvation, inheritance, and whether your soul is prospering while God is giving you a chance to move.
