No Match for the Devil Pt. 2
Luke 3:16-23, 4:1-8,16-21, Acts 1:1-8
“No Match for the Devil Pt. 2” lays it plain: you are not strong enough, smart enough, old enough, churched enough, or titled enough to whip the devil in your own flesh. He fooled Eve in the Garden, tempted Jesus in the wilderness, and he’s still working through deceitfulness, spiritual blindness, and unclean spirits today. But God didn’t leave the field uneven. Jesus came as the Answer, was baptized, filled with the Holy Ghost, and met Satan with the Word of God. If the Son of God walked in the Spirit, what makes you think you can make it without Him? This study drives home the difference between water baptism and Holy Ghost baptism with fire. John pointed to the One mightier than himself, and Jesus told the apostles to tarry in Jerusalem until they received power from the Promise of the Father. That power is not decoration—it is deliverance, liberty, anointing, and strength to witness in a crooked world. Don’t play games with this. The devil is real, temptation is real, unquenchable fire is real, and obedience is not optional. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. God is warning you because He means to save you.
