Father, Son, Holy Ghost

John 14:25-29, 15:1-6

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 44 min

Father, Son, Holy Ghost ain’t a lesson for folks who want religion without understanding. This study steps right into the confusion many have carried for years about the Godhead, baptism, the name of Jesus, the Holy Ghost, communion, and what it means to abide in Christ. The Word says what it says—but if your understanding ain’t opened, you’ll build doctrine out of confusion and call it truth. Jesus said, “I am the true vine,” and if you’re a branch not bearing fruit, don’t dress that up with church language. He said it gets taken away. If that cuts, it’s supposed to. This is a wake-up call to stop playing with holy things. The Holy Ghost ain’t optional—He is the Comforter, the Teacher, the One who brings the Word back to your remembrance and leads you in truth. Baptism, repentance, cleansing, fruit bearing, peace, and holiness all stand connected to the name and life of Christ. You can abide in the Vine, be purged, cleaned by the Word, and bring forth fruit—or you can dry up and face the fire. I’m not saying that to scare you for sport. I’m saying it because hell is real, deception is deadly, and God didn’t stutter.
