Adopted Into God’s Family

Galatians 3:6-8,23,26

Bishop's Tapes· Bishop Edwards· 45 min

“Adopted Into God’s Family” ain’t just a sweet thought to hang on the wall—it’s a call to know who you are and live like it. Galatians 3 makes it plain: we are children of God by faith in Christ, and those who are of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. But don’t fool yourself—Abraham didn’t just talk faith, he walked it. He believed God, and his obedience proved it. The Word says what it says: Jesus is the door, faith is the way, and righteousness is counted to those who believe God enough to move when He speaks. This study is a hard reminder that adoption comes with inheritance, responsibility, and holy boldness. God owns the earth, God provides, and God can take a people from bondage, struggle, and being overlooked, and raise them up for His purpose. But if you’re sitting around scared, doubting, or waiting on permission from men, you’re missing the lesson. The law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ—now faith has come. So stand up, believe God, obey God, and stop living beneath the blessing He already promised.
